1. Examinations are held during the year and reports are issued within a fortnight. The final report will be the averages of the obtained in all the tests during the year.
2. No student will be allowed to write examinations unless all dues are paid.
3. A student should get at least 35% marks in each subject in order to pass & 75% to obtain a distinction.
4. No student may repeat the same standard twice. If a student fails after repeating the standard, he/she will have to leave the school. Even a student who repeats for the first time may have to leave. If there is no vacancy in the standard in which he / she would remain.
5. Promotion refused will not be reconsidered.
6. A student who takes or gives dishonest help at any examination will be debarred from the rest of the examination. A student may be dismissed in a serious case of cheating or if caught more than once.
7. Parents should send a written explanation, accompanied with a doctor’s certificate, when a child is absent from the tests or examinations. There are no re-examinations.
8. Parents of Primary and High school students should compulsory attend the ‘Open House’after the unit Tests and the First Term Exam.
