A Legacy of Vision of The Sisters of Our Lady of Fatima
Seva Niketan Convent School, founded in 1984 and conducted by the Fatima Sisters, is an English Medium School. It is named after our Lady of Fatima, the Patroness of Fatima Sisters.
The school which is recognised by the Government of Maharashtra prepares pupils for the Secondary School Certificate Examination (Std. X) it is owned by the Christian Religious Minority group and therefore enjoys the rights and privileges guaranteed by article 30 (i) of the Constitution of India.
The Society of the Sisters of Our Lady of Fatima, conducts several such schools in India.
Seva Niketan Convent School is an English Medium School established and administered by the Religious Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Fatima, Pune. It is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra and comprises ten standards, besides the K.G. Nursery Classes and prepares pupils, primarily for the secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) Examination of the State of Maharashtra.
Seva Niketan Convent School was founded in the year 1984 .The School falls within the religious jurisdiction of the diocese of Nashik. This School is a Christian Minority School which strives to impart a sound liberal education aimed at the development of the total personality of the child. Hence the education is directed towards the training of the pupil’s intellectual, emotional, moral, spiritual, physical, social and aesthetic endowments.
The School year begins from June and is divided into two terms. The first term is from June to October and the second term from November to April.
All the Subjects are taught through medium English. Hindi is the second language and is taught from Std III. Marathi is the third language.
